Introducing : The Korean BBQ Box of dreams !!!

To celebrate Summer , let’s have a Korean BBQ party. With friends, family, and the neighbours too.

In this box, I gathered all the essentials for a Korean BBQ party. Meat sourced from 1Bunge, a traditional Korean family butcher in New Malden, Kimchi, Ssamjang (the ultimate sauce for your wraps), Ssam Mu (slices of pickled radish, kkaetnip (Korean herb), chillies, garlic, kim and lettuce to wrap it all!

You can grill the meat on the charcoal grill for outside fun, or on a table gas/electric stove for indoor entertainement.

Meat available :

• Spicy pork neck 250g/500g
• Featherblade bulgogi  250g/500g
• Marinated LA Galbi  350g/650g

All marinade contains SOY, SESAME, WHEAT.

The BBQ set for 2 people contains :

• 1 set of leafy greens
• Kkaetnip leaves
• Fresh chillies
• Peeled garlic
• 2 smalls pots of Ssamjang (SOY,SESAME, WHEAT)
• 250g Mak Kimchi
• 200g Ssam Mu (pickled Korean radish)
• 1 pack of seasoned seaweed

The BBQ set for 4 people contains :

• 2 sets of leafy greens
• Kkaetnip leaves
• Fresh chillies
• Peeled garlic
• 4 smalls pots of Ssamjang (SOY,SESAME, WHEAT)
• 400g Mak Kimchi
• 350g Ssam Mu (pickled Korean radish)
• 2 packs of seasoned seaweed

Storage : Place all the contents of the Korean BBQ in the fridge as soon as they arrive. Meat must be cooked thouroghly and consumed before Sunday 31st July, end of day. The Kimchi will keep for up to 2 months.

How to order : You can customise your box with the quantity/variety of meat you would like as well as choosing between a BBQ kit for either 2 or 4 people. If you get an error message, please get in touch directly with me. I tried to register all variations possible of the box, but I might have missed something.

This Box is a special Edition, in very limited numbers. First come, first serve basis.

I will dispatch orders with SPEDAL, in London zones 1-2-3. Delivery on Friday 29th July. Someone has to be home to receive the parcel or have a safe place clearly mentioned in the notes. Preferably somewhere in the shade. I can’t be hold responsible for parcels delivered if you are not home. Only order if you are sure you can be there.

If 10 boxes are sold for  Friday 29th, then I will reopen 10 slots for delivery on Thursday 28th July.
