Nabak Kimchi is a type of water kimchi, made with thin square shaped slices of radish and kimchi cabbage. It’s a traditional spring and summer kimchi that is great to serve as an appetizer to wake up your tastebuds, or as a side for greasy food or grilled meat and fish.
And to my great joy, I managed to get beautiful Korean radishes coming directly from Jeju island!! They are so crisp! “

As with our other versions, naturally made without any preservatives or additives, The Korean Pantry NABAK KIMCHI is unpasteurised and will develop loads of probiotics and prebiotics to support your gut health.
Its refreshing and clean taste will make it the perfect side to your grilled meats, but also any kind of food that need a side with a cooling effect like spicy noodles.
Vegan friendly recipe.
Storage : Keep the pouch refrigerated in an upright position or decant in an airtight container. Kimchi will keep for weeks when stored correctly. Usual shelf life is 6 weeks when you order online.
How does this work : Our monthly special kimchi is available only to pre-order, and with a limited quantity. May’s NABAK KIMCHI can be pre-ordered between April 23rd and May 5th. It will be delivered from May 17th. Just pop the kimchi in your fridge and enjoy!
