One of my favourite side at Christmas is Brussels sprouts with smoked lardons and a good dose of salted butter. So I had to experiment with Brussels sprouts for one of my seasonal kimchi. It took a good few months and some trials and errors, but here it is! Delicious fermented Brussels sprouts, slightly smokey, And because I couldn’t choose, two versions are available!
1/ Whole Brussels sprouts Kimchi : I recommend to stir fried them whole or sliced in halves, with some nice lardons/pancetta or a vegan substitute. Now, that is something different for this year Christmas dinner!
2/ Shredded Brussels Sprouts Kimchi : add raw to your Xmas leftovers sandwiches. A game changer!
As with our other versions, naturally made without any preservatives or additives, The Korean Pantry BRUSSELS SPROUTS KIMCHI is unpasteurised and will develop loads of probiotics and prebiotics to support your gut health.
Its smokey spiciness will make it the perfect side to your grilled meats, but also to very mild main dishes or in sandwiches.

Storage : Keep the pouch refrigerated in an upright position or decant in an airtight container. Kimchi will keep for weeks when stored correctly. Usual shelf life is 8 weeks when you order online.
How does this work : Our monthly special kimchi is available to PRE-ORDER ONLY, and with a limited quantity. December’s Kimchi can be pre-ordered between November 24th and December 5th. It will be dispatched from Monday 7th. Upon delivery, just pop the kimchi in your fridge and enjoy!
