FROZEN PRODUCT 

Delicious handmade Korean dumplings, filled with The Korean Pantry Vegan kimchi and organic okara sourced from Clean Bean to add protein and texture. Okara is the pulp leftover when making soy milk/ tofu.

You can enjoy the dumplings steamed or pan fried. Or add them to your soups and stews.

We recommend pairing them with our Dumplings Sauce or our Onion Jangajji, aka onions pickled in sweet soy sauce, for the perfect dipping sauce.

Available in two flavours.

Baek Kimchi : a delicate balance between the sourness of the White Kimchi (non spicy) and the Korean shiitake mushrooms.

Spicy Kimchi : a nice kick for what will become a classic dumpling to have in your freezer.

 

Cooking method:

Pan fried : Heat two tablespoons of vegetable in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Cook the dumplings from frozen for 3-4min until the bottom gets golden. Add half a cup of water to the pan, cover with a lid and cook for 5-6min.

Steam : Set up a steamer over a pan of boiling water. Add the dumplings to the steam, cover with a lid and cook for approx. 15min.

Keep frozen and consume before date on label.

Wrapper (WHEAT flour, water, cornstarch, glutinous rice flour, refined salt, acetic acid, sodium lactate, propylene glycol, SOYbean oil, gluten)

Filling : White Kimchi (chinese leaves, garlic, garlic, onion, ginger, chillies, spring onions, glutinous rice flour, shiitake, kelp, Korean pear, salt), shiitake, okara (SOY), carrot, garlic, ginger, SOY sauce, salt.

 

Spicy Kimchi Dumplings :

Wrapper (WHEAT flour, water, cornstarch, glutinous rice flour, refined salt, acetic acid, sodium lactate, propylene glycol, SOYbean oil, gluten)

Filling : Kimchi (chinese leaves, garlic, garlic, onion, ginger, spring onions, glutinous rice flour, shiitake, kelp, Korean chilli flakes, salt), shiitake, okara (SOY), carrot, garlic, ginger, SOY sauce, salt.
