Apricot Cheong

“I’m bringing you this summer a very special syrup, all natural, made with only three ingredients : Apricot, sugar and time!

Cheong is a traditional type of Korean syrup made by macerating fruits or citrus with sugar. After a few months of maceration, the fruits are filtered out and you’re left with a delicious syrup that you can use in cooking, baking, or simply diluted with water as a refreshing summer drink. (Works well in cocktails too!)

INGREDIENTS: Made with French apricots, caster sugar and nothing else than a few months time wait.

This makes it a very limited edition.
