Spring onion shredding knife


Introducing a little kitchen tool that will simplify the process of making Pa muchim greatly!

This traditional shredding knife is made of 7 extremely sharp stainless steel blades mounted on a durable stainless steel handle.

Made in Korea.

How to use :

Just gently and very carefully brush the surface of your spring onions with the blades to turn them into very thin stripes. Put the spring onions stripes in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes and you’ll see them curling! Then you just have to drain them and season wit sesame oil, gochugaru, garlic and a dash of apple vinegar and sesame seeds to make a really delicious side to your Korean BBQ. I also use this as a salad in Kimbap or on top of fried chicken to add a show stopper element.

Comes with a cap.

Care instructions :

Wash with soapy hot water being very carefully of the sharp blades. Dry with a cotton cloth and always store with the cap on to prevent cuts.
