Each month, The Korean Pantry will feature a new Kimchi, inspired by the seasons and our Chef’s passion for experimenting with textures and flavours.

A vegan kimchi infused with all the goodness packed in two adaptogenic mushrooms : Lion’s mane and Cordyceps.

Lion’s mane is an ancient medicinal mushroom that’s known to help support memory, focus & concentration. It’s a neuroprotectant inducing the growth of new neurons. Lions Mane taken regularly may improve long-term memory, mental clarity & brain health.

Cordyceps is considered a life-enhancing herb in the Chinese Tonic Herbal system. It’s used to increase blood oxygenation. It supports the immune system, helps with recovery, as well as promotes energy and stamina levels. It also helps with overall liver, kidneys, heart and lungs health.

Both mushrooms are organic and responsably sourced.

These mushrooms combined with the natural probiotics and prebiotics present in kimchi will make for a very special edition, not to be missed.

As with our other versions, naturally made without any preservatives or additives, The Korean Pantry x Oh My Shrooms ADAPTOGENIC KIMCHI is unpasteurised and will develop loads of probiotics and prebiotics to support your gut health.

Vegan friendly recipe.

Storage : Keep the pouch refrigerated in an upright position or decant in an airtight container. Kimchi will keep for weeks when stored correctly. Usual shelf life is 8 weeks when you order online.

INGREDIENTS:

Chinese leaf, daikon, spring onion, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, Korean pear, Korean chilli pepper flakes, glutinous rice flour, Cordyceps mushroom extract, Lion’s Mane mushroom extract, dried shiitake mushroom, kelp, fermented Korean plum extract, Korean solar sea salt.
