These black tea leaves with a sweet note have been blended with citrusy yuza fruit to create a refreshing flavour, ideal for both hot and cold brew.
The high-grade black tea leaves are fermented through an intense oxidation process. This gives the tea its refined, smooth, smoky flavour and strong sweet taste to finish.
It’s perfect for those healing moments you take to brighten the day.
Available in 50g tin only.
1. Add one teaspoon of malcha (2g) into small bowl
2. Add a splash of warm water (just below boiling temperature)
3. Whisk until frothy
4. Enjoy as is, or pour into a cup of water or milk
be-oom is a tea brand that offers naturally sourced tea from small farms in Korea.
be-oom /bi:-u:m/ means ‘to empty’ in Korean – the objective is to help find a place within the mind to empty and fill, all while emptying a cup of tea.
Soo Ji opened her Korean tea shop in Exmouth Market over a year ago and I immediately loved the ethos and philosophy behind her brand. Showcasing only the finest Korean teas, tea sets and ceramics, her tea shop is an haven of peace in London. I’m very excited to be able to share her expertise of Korean tea with you. I hope you’ll enjoy my curated selection.
