This kimchi is reminiscent of Gegeolmu Kimchi, a variety of cubed radish kimchi that is more crunchy than your regular Kkakdugi. It also has a fabulous peppery force to it, giving you a gentle nudge in the nose not dissimilar to horseradish.”

As with our other versions, naturally made without any preservatives or additives, The Korean Pantry BLACK RADISH KIMCHI is unpasteurised and will develop loads of probiotics and prebiotics to support your gut health.
Its peppery and spicy taste will make it the perfect side to your stir fries, stews or cheese boards. It goes particularly well with non spicy noodles soup, to add that very special zingy kick.

INGREDIENTS:
Black radish, daikon, spring onion, garlic, ginger, Korean chilli pepper flakes, fermented Korean plum extract, Korean solar sea salt.

Storage : Keep the pouch refrigerated in an upright position or decant in an airtight container. Kimchi will keep for weeks when stored correctly but we recommend to cook it if eating after the Best Before date. Usual shelf life is 6-8 weeks when you order online.
How does this work : Our monthly special kimchi is available only to pre-order, and with a limited quantity. February’s BLACK RADISH KIMCHI can be pre-ordered between January 22nd and February 5th. It will be dispatched on Monday February 15th. Just pop the kimchi in your fridge and enjoy!
Delivery note : Please note that if you order the Black Radish Kimchi at the same time as another kimchi, all will be dispatched together on Monday 15th to ease the strain on delivery services. If you would like to have your Mak / Vegan / Fresh Kimchi delivered first, please place a separate order.
