As with our other versions, naturally made without any preservatives or additives, The Korean Pantry CUCUMBER KIMCHI is unpasteurised and will develop loads of probiotics and prebiotics to support your gut health.
You can eat this Kimchi on its own, as a side to noodles dishes, or as a topping in your favourite salad bowls.
Depending what will be available from my vegetables supplier at the time of making, I will either make a cut version of the recipe or a stuffed version.

Storage : Keep the pouch refrigerated in an upright position or decant in an airtight container. Kimchi will keep for weeks when stored correctly. Usual shelf life is 4 weeks when you order online.
How does this work : Our monthly special kimchi is available to PRE-ORDER ONLY, and with a limited quantity. June’s CUCUMBER KIMCHI can be pre-ordered between May 23rd and June 5th. It will be dispatch on Monday 15th June. Upon delivery, just pop the kimchi in your fridge and enjoy!
Delivery note : Please note that if you order the Cucumber Kimchi at the same time as another kimchi, all kimchis will be dispatched together on June 15th to ease the strain on delivery services. If you would like to have your Mak / Vegan / Fresh Kimchi delivered first, please place a separate order.
