By showing you how to make kimchi and other dishes, I will share more than recipes with you. There will be culture facts, history, personal anecdotes, travel stories and above all, great fun.
I will soon share with you more classes I will organise, from making kimbap to a full 5 courses Korean meal. Stay tuned !”

As Spring arrives and the picnic season kicks in, it’s the best time to learn how to make delicious Korean rice rolls called Kimbap.
Filled with various ingredients like marinated or cooked vegetable, and also tofu, bring some homemade Kimbap next time you meet friends for a picnic in a park and be sure to impress! Also ideal for your lunch box.
This is a FULLY HANDS-ON class : you will make kimbap and have plenty of time to ask questions. You will be able to personalise your own kimbap by choosing which ingredients to include.
At the end of the class, we will share our delicious creations and some fresh Korean ice tea. And you will go home with a pack of seaweed and a kimbap rolling mat to make more!

Please bring an apron and a couple of airtight food containers that can accommodate any leftovers kimbap.
The class is 3 hours long and will start at 10.30am.

Cancellation policy : Full payment is requested on booking. If you are unable to attend the class, either partial refund (75% refunded) is offered or a rescheduling of the class if given more than 7 days notice. The class will need to be reschedule in the following 3 months.
